Migraine
I know what my trigger is and there is very little I can do about it but it could be worse I suppose.
"And then there's the intense orgasmic migraine, pain that generally hits fairly suddenly at the time of orgasm."
How cruel is that?
The very thought of it makes me cross.

Noooooo! Am I reading you right? How awful!
It's not my trigger Ann but I do feel sorry for those who have this problem. Also some people have 'cluster' migraines, which can't be very nice at all.
I've always heard of "not tonight dear, I have a headache".
